Generally, we do not monitor the age of visitors to our website; and therefore we believe that it is ultimately the parents’ responsibility to supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers as appropriate.

This website is not directed to children under 18 years old. It is the policy of NutraSense Inc. as the operator of this website, not to knowingly to collect from children under 18 any "individually identifiable information," as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If NutraSense Inc. ever collects "individually identifiable information" from children under 18, it will only do so in accordance with COPPA

NutraSense Inc. Return Policy

Supplements:

1. Un-opened, unused, new products can be returned within 30 days of order date for refund or exchange.
   
2. For returns or exchanges please email and obtain a "Return Authorization" and return instructions PRIOR to returning or exchanging merchandise. Otherwise credit will not be issued and merchandise may not be exchanged.
   
3. The shipping costs and a 10% re-stocking/processing fee (minimum $12) will be charged for refunds. No re-stocking fee will be charged for exchanges.
   
4. Purchases beyond 30 days are not returnable or refundable.
   
5. Damaged merchandise – Please e-mail NutraSense for instructions.
   

NutraSense Inc. Shipping Policy

NutraSense Inc. is not responsible for orders not being processed or not being accepted due to technical difficulties. Order confirmations are emailed to the email address indicated on the customer order.

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after the approval of funds, provided that the items are in stock. All orders are shipped UPS ground for a $7.00 charge. Orders over $100 are shipped for free. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

NutraSense Inc. is not responsible for orders not being processed or not being accepted due to technical difficulties. Order confirmations are emailed to the email address indicated on the customer order.

It is a violation of law to make orders in a false name or with an invalid credit card, even if our software initially accepts your order. Be aware that even if you do not give us your real name, your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us, which can be used by law enforcement officials to identify you. Fraudulent orders made can and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) as a method of payment. All prices are listed in US Currency.
